Delete your HabitJi account

In the app or on habitji.com

Open HabitJi.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete my account and tap it.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email opstreakers@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my HabitJi account” and the email address you signed in with (or your family code). We delete your data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

All habits, ticks, streaks, checklists and settings on the device.
Your online copy (if you signed in with email) and your sign-in itself.
Your place in any family, and the shared copies of the people only you look after. A family nobody else uses is deleted completely.

What is kept

Nothing. We keep no backups of deleted accounts. Ticks that other family members made on their own phones stay with them.
